What do you like most?
I would highly recommend Hotelogix to my fellow hoteliers for their PMS and Booking Engine. We have been partners since 2018 and Hotelogix continues to remain on top of the curve when it comes to innovation in PMS, POS and GST functionality. 10/10
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently we are working with Hotelogix APIs and Management to move our invoices directly in Zoho Books. We have received great support but there is no report generated in Hotelogix that we can use to match against the daily API report as MIS is based on accrual basis and not invoice basis. Small issue that I'm sure can be added in the future.
