What do you like most?
We recently partnered with this vendor to help generate additional revenue from our hotel’s unused parking spaces, and the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. The onboarding process was thorough yet seamless, and I was impressed with how efficiently all required information was gathered to set up our account. Every call was conducted via Zoom, and the level of support provided from day one was outstanding. I appreciate they took the tome to introduce the team and the roles they play. They were flexible to the hotel's schedule as they wanted to make sure our ops leaders were able to participate in the call. They were even willing to speak with our front desk team via zoom at an upcoming front desk meeting. Our primary contact, Aaron, made it incredibly easy to understand the platform and how it would integrate with our operations. We began the setup right before Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything went live. In our very first week, we sold out of the allotted parking spots, and increasing our availability was quick and effortless. In fact, the team even reached out directly to confirm whether more spots could be added—something I truly appreciated. They are even dedicated weekly calls for us to touch base and ask questions. The Ocra team really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable from an operational standpoint. One of the standout features of working with this vendor is having a dedicated revenue representative who actively monitors our presence across their platforms to ensure we’re maximizing our earning potential. Their proactive approach has made a noticeable difference. Although the partnership is still new, the overall process has been smooth and efficient. Overall, our experience has been excellent, and we look forward to continuing this partnership. As we all can relate hotels go through refreshes which we just completed so we were a bit skeptical about learning a brand-new platform, however to my surprise this was so easy!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a system alert for duplicate reservation IDs to help avoid any potential confusion.
