What do you like most?
The system is unreliable and does not work consistently across all devices, particularly on Android. The guest check-in process is overly complicated, time-consuming, and confusing, which regularly leads to guest frustration and complaints. After a few months of use, we requested cancellation of our account due to these issues. Our access was subsequently blocked; however, invoicing continued to recur despite the cancellation request. We have been receiving recurring invoices for the past three years for a system we no longer use and cannot access. This raises serious concerns regarding billing practices and account management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The overall system usability needs significant improvement, including a simpler guest journey, better mobile compatibility, and a far more responsive and reliable after-sales support structure.
