What I like most about HotelRunner is its user-friendly interface and the ease of managing multiple channels from a single platform. The real-time connectivity helps maintain rate and availability consistency, reducing the risk of overbookings. It also provides solid integration options with many distribution partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
HotelRunner’s channel manager could be improved by offering more advanced bulk editing and rule-based automation for rates and availability. Enhancing real-time sync transparency with clearer error logs would help users quickly identify and resolve mapping or parity issues. Additionally, more flexible reporting and performance analytics across channels would add significant value.
