Guest Data comes directly into PMS (protel). Saves a lot of paper and storage scape. User friendly and employer friendly use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Management tool. When room is checked in in system but has not finished the check in. Overview. Sometimes takes a long time to lead to tablet.
