What do you like most?
Exely PMS makes our daily hotel operations much easier and more organized. The system is user-friendly and allows our team to manage reservations, room status, and guest information efficiently. It helps reduce manual work and saves time for our front desk staff. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have more customizable reports and additional features for tracking hotel performance. Improving the mobile experience would also make it more convenient for staff to access important information when they are away from the front desk.
