5 Stars – Finally arrived! An app that excites, and people behind it who make the difference! During the long search for the perfect hotel app and digital guest information solution for us, we tried many options, gained numerous experiences – good, but unfortunately also less good. And then we came across Guestnet! What can I say? We found the perfect solution for us and are actually excited about it every day anew! The application works wonderfully, is well thought out, intuitive, and simply enjoyable. But what is truly extraordinary is the team behind it! It is incredible how much competence, friendliness, and professionalism are demonstrated here. Wishes, questions, or suggestions are not just received – they are listened to, considered, and responded to and acted upon at an impressive speed. You don’t feel like just a customer, but rather a partner by your side, whose shared success truly matters. Great technology is one thing. Great people behind it are another. Honestly? At the moment, I can't think of anything I would improve. Because the truly great thing about Guestnet is that it is constantly evolving. The product is developed, improved, and adapted to the needs of users every day. From people for people – and you can feel that every single day! Here, not only is software developed, but passion, heart, and understanding are put into creating an ever better solution. And that is anything but a matter of course! Please just keep doing exactly the same!
