What do you like most?
We switched to hotellab from another RMS, and once everything was up and running, we noticed a positive difference in ease of use and value. Dynamic pricing at the room level works well, providing better control over individual room types rather than adjusting rates across the board. Since going live, we’ve seen an increase in REVPAR in most months, and we are optimistic about performance in 2027 with a full season of data behind us. The support team has also been helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our setup took a bit longer than expected, primarily due to custom development needed to connect three different systems. Expanding pre-built integrations would help make the onboarding process faster and smoother for future hotel implementations.
