What do you like most?
Easy telephone contact in our language (Portuguese). They help very easily, we understand that they are proficient with the platform. Every time I call, I'm always hoping it will be Bruno answering. He's very clear in his explanations and always resolves the issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I contacted support via email, the response was simply to give me steps for something I didn't request. I only asked for a push notification, and the AI can't do it, but it also didn't give me a case number or transfer me to a human. In conclusion, I was forced to call a human, and I'm grateful they still exist!
