What do you like most?
The calendar is very easy to use and makes daily reservation management much simpler. I also like how easy it is to create invoices and receipts. Currency setup is flexible, and we can configure it ourselves without depending too much on support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support service is good overall, but sometimes we need to wait before reaching the right person because the chatbot handles the first step. It would also be helpful to have more color options for different outstanding charges.
