What do you like most?
We’ve been customers since the early 2000s, starting with WinPM before moving to Cloud PM, now Jonas Chorum. The PMS is easy to use, and being cloud-based makes it convenient to access information from anywhere. The app also makes it easy for owners, general managers, and the management team to stay connected and access the data they need. It’s a reliable system that we’ve used for many years with very few issues. When something does come up, technical support is readily available and usually able to assist within a few minutes. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the system and the support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Pricing is one area that could be improved. While we’re happy with the system and support, more competitive pricing or loyalty discounts for long-term customers would be appreciated.
