What do you like most?
Certainly the fact that it is possible to customize many aspects of our experience on this software. For example, it is possible to customize emails, so the templates we send. It is possible to customize the advice, that is the link that guests receive to complete the registration, and many other aspects. This thanks to the option that Octorate provides with the code, so HTML or CSS and many other things. Also, I like the variety of features it has inside. I like, as a revenue manager, that it shows me the prices sold per night per room, something that a previous software did not allow. It only gave you a final report, the total, but it did not allow you to see exactly how much you sold each room each night.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that could be improved, which I have seen other software have, is a connection with artificial intelligence which at this moment in Octorate is present, but at a significant cost. For the calls that are made, when in reality these software in the historical period we are living must be, must allow connecting for free to artificial intelligence systems like Cloud, or other tools. For free, because more and more people will come to use this tool and so this will be a strength point for Octorate if it allows these for free. But these free connections through MCPs are already allowed by many tools like Google, like many other world giants allow for free.
