What do you like most?
I like that Otorate is simple and graphical, I especially like using the "Calendar" section which gives a complete overview.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I immediately think about the payment methods; there's no debit card option. It's not essential, but it helps. I also think about printing the voucher as a check-in slip... if I do it from the "Dashboard," it's one format, and if I do it from the "Calendar" option in the reservation window (at the end, next to "Save"), it's not always the same format (for example, when the reservation was generated on Booking.com). I also think the customer service is somewhat slow... I've had the experience of the program locking up because it required a password change, and they responded two days later, saying it couldn't be operated. Two days later... it requires 24/7 support... at first, I didn't know how to resolve it, and I asked for help, and in the end, I did it without staff assistance. For another issue, I asked for help, and Gloria assisted me from beginning to end very efficiently. I really appreciate it.
