What do you like most?
Since implementing Ampliphi in February, we have gained a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities while also helping to shape and enhance its functionality through ongoing feedback. The Ampliphi team has been outstanding to work with, consistently listening to our suggestions and responding quickly with meaningful improvements and enhancements. Their collaborative approach and commitment to customer success have been evident throughout the implementation process. The system itself is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate, making adoption across the team seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I were to identify one area for improvement, it would be the accuracy and consistency of historical and future-looking data presented in some of the graphs and reports. When making revenue-driven decisions, having reliable and accurate data is critical. Enhancing the precision of these reporting capabilities would further strengthen the platform and provide greater confidence in strategic decision-making.
