We’ve been using the CRM, email marketing, and loyalty program for many years. Our guest data is perfectly organized, allowing us to target specific audiences. It’s ideal for targeted marketing. And then there’s the loyalty program.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe the user friendliness - it is a very complex system. But our account manager is always there for us. Thank you very much for that.
