What do you like most?
The layout and colour coding makes its quite user friendly. Having the summary, analytics and availability easily accessible without having to pull a report. The collective database of guest information is great to have.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe the reporting for operational purposes needs to be relooked at. They should include information such as meal plans for dinner as per the breakfast list. This should include dietary requirements, and guests notes pertaining to the guest all available on 1 report. This report must not include financial information as this is used by staff members that should not have access to such information.
