What do you like most?
I really like being able to see the status of my request and to be able to add notes. The res send feature is also appreciate it to help guest find the request in their inbox when it has been sometime since the initial request.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease the process of acquiring the CVV , I understand that is it for security reasons that it is not included but without it the rest of the info in useless and we still have to connect to acquire that small but important detail.
