What do you like most?
There customer service is the best especially Adam and Guian, They know everything and i do not have any problem asking them even an easily silly questions. They are very professional and knowledgable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have some issue with the mapping but not sure wether this falls under the Extranet third party booking engine or with the PMS system.
