App that creates fluid end to end transparency. Cost saving and drives efficiency. Love it 100% and works amazingly well. Optii as a soft ware and AI completes what has been missing from hotels industry for years. With many floors and rooms trying to see and analyse efficiency is a wrong hard thing to do. Optii does really focuses on productivity and real-time visibility into y operation. It is more than a digitized check-list. deploy predictive technology that maps daily room attendant routes based on guest profiles and hotel needs, execute service delivery effectively, and strengthen team communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Probably at its best version. Adding maintenance tasks are easy to add remove so not just hk but has postive impact on whole ops. App that creates fluid end to end transparency.
