What do you like most?
ProSafe is an amazing platform, our company vetted many companies in the process of evaluating the best solution for us, and solution and price combined made ProSafe the choice for staff safety!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
ProSafe has live customer service inside of the dashboard, we didn't even need to pick up the phone the few times we have questions. Any feedback we've had for them they implemented with lightning speed. They really listen to the customer which confirmed our company made the right choice! Their version two is being released soon and it has a lot of enhancements that our associates are even more excited about. Best part is our staff truly feels safe inside of the workplace, couldn't ask for anything more!
