What do you like most?
While I second most of the reviews mentioned in this article but would like to emphasize on some important features from a seasoned revenue professional's point of view. (1). Ease of use and visualization of data with the feature to super-impose graphic data to make quick speed to market decisions, (2). Market related future data by day to provide prescriptive pricing strategy, (3). accurate forecasting and (4). customizable and easy reporting to assist in BI, operations and efficiency. Needless to say that their customer service is very adaptable to ever changing needs of a revenue professional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the system has most of the features which are really necessary from a revenue professional's day-to-day working but some enhancements in room type pricing, rate plan pricing and restrictions would further enhance the system. The team of LodgIQ has been making very fast improvements on these.
