What do you like most?
I like that I have a record of old layouts from previous events, as many of our events are recurring.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tech is clunky, with default settings that take a while to get used to working around. In order to copy an existing layout, you have to save it as a diagram, then reenter it from the beginning of the process. Customer service, especially now, sends you to a random menu that in no way mentions Social Tables, had to be transferred from person to person to get an answer. Now, trying to force an upsell to the exorbitantly expensive monthly fee. For how outdated the program and user experience design, I'm surprised anyone would spend $200 per month.
