What do you like most?
The innovation. They keep updating the services and keep being relevant, productive and necessary. he UX is simple, intuitive and flexible. The customer service is amazin.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is not much. They really do their best in everything. I would recommend being more in touch with our guests directly to get more inputs about their journey and their difficulties, not through us, but as a b2b service company it would be probably not as easy as it sounds.
