What do you like most?
i like that there is Hotel tonight integration so that when a reservation from hotel tonight comes through i do not have to enter the details manually
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could be an alternate system for bed and breakfast or mom n pop type hotels that do not have alot of rooms - say, 25 or less.
