Prior to using it, we often faced delays and manual bottlenecks that affected our reporting process. Since implementing the system, those challenges have been significantly reduced, if not eliminated entirely. The software is in constant improvement and they keep us posted on the roadmap. In the short time we have been with nimble we have seen several product improvement updates. They are clearly focused on improving where they can and adapting to the changing technology landscape.
