What do you like most?
Managing three properties used to be a nightmare—until Preno. The centralized dashboard lets us oversee all locations effortlessly. The SiteMinder integration keeps our rates and availability in sync, and the automated invoicing via Xero is a dream. Real-time updates prevent overbookings, and the guest profiles help us personalize stays.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial setup was time-consuming. Pricing could be more flexible for seasonal businesses, but the time and stress it saves make it worth every penny.
