What do you like most?
Support is great. Product functionality is good. Could use some GUI updating to make it more user friendly and modern.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Future Availablity page is too big and hard to look at. Would like to see it shrink into one useful spreadsheet that you can see all room types together at one time. Should also be able to toggle on BAR rate for each room type. Would like to be able to have a reservation activity report with hyperlinks to the reservations.
