What do you like most?
RMS has unsurpassed features compared to other systems, including a beautiful and customizable booking chart, a handy rate manager, SMS features and automated correspondence, and unique interactive maps. We use these features daily, and no other platforms have come close to matching the RMS suite of features, so we have been a satisfied customer for 10 years now!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Bug fixes could be quicker, sometimes it can take a few days for annoying bugs to be corrected, but we do work in the beta environment.
