What do you like most?
The software is really easy and intuitive to use, like any new software you have to learn a few things here and there. But the interface, the automatic uploading and the ease to move around to find data you need, pay bills, produce reports, very simple
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some of the uploading and the revenue routing for codes. Staff is really easy to get a hold of via E mail when you explain what the problem is. They either fix it, email you with more questions or set up a call. So fixing it's not an issue. I wish there was a little bit easier way to set up their routing initially but that happens with any new software. Some of that's on the hotel themselves, if they start using a new code that wasn't initially set up. Just making sure that you get it routed correctly. This is not an issue that would concern me about recommending this product. It's a great product for hotels.
