What do you like most?
Clear, easy-to-use APIS for everything as part of their API-first approach. Good UI with UI extensions that allow us to provide custom user interfaces for our hotel staff where needed. We have an excellent relationship and short communication lines with the Apaleo team. True partners!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There have been some small service disruptions past year and there are a few API calls of which the API performance can be improved.
