What do you like most?
We recently implemented Hotek’s electronic lock system across our property, including the YourMobile Key functionality, and the results have been outstanding. The system is intuitive, secure, and perfectly aligned with the expectations of today’s tech-savvy traveler.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be a great feature if the app has a 2-way guest communication integration, for instance with WhatsApp.
