What do you like most?
Managing large teams in a fast-paced hotel environment was time-consuming and often led to errors before we started using Alkimii’s Scheduling & Workforce Management. Since implementing it, scheduling has become much faster, more accurate, and easier for both managers and team members. The user-friendly platform, real-time updates, and mobile access have improved communication and reduced rota-related issues. Holiday tracking and hours management are streamlined, saving admin time. The support from Alkimii is excellent, and onboarding was smooth. Staff now feel more empowered and in control of their shifts. A few improvements like custom reporting, faster app performance during peak times, and push notifications would enhance the experience even further. Overall, Alkimii has helped us increase efficiency, reduce errors, and boost staff satisfaction. It’s a valuable tool that we highly recommend for any hotel looking to modernize workforce management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Alkimii’s Scheduling & Workforce Management system is highly effective, but there are a few areas where improvements would add even more value. For instance, having greater flexibility to generate custom reports and export data in various formats would be very helpful, especially when managing payroll or analyzing labour trends. Occasionally, the mobile app experiences slight delays during busy periods, so enhancing performance for peak usage times would improve overall reliability. Additionally, introducing push notifications for rota changes, shift reminders, or time-off approvals could enhance communication and reduce the chances of staff missing updates. These are relatively minor suggestions that, if implemented, could elevate the user experience even further. That said, the current functionality is already very strong, and these enhancements would simply build on an already solid foundation.
