myCloud PMS is a web-based system and access let us monitor bookings and revenue from anywhere. Their latest BI dashboards give real-time insights across properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, we do not have a full fledged mobile application, which means we’re unable to conveniently monitor or manage operations directly from a smartphone.
