What do you like most?
We are new to the tourism industry and were transferred Cubilis/Stardekk from the previous owners. Despite explaining that we would continue the company in a different way (and therefore only needed their booking system for 3 rooms), a new contract was more or less imposed on us. After further investigation (within 2 months), other booking software seemed much more suitable for our company and we switched. Still, we had to pay for a year, without having used Cubilis/Stardekk for even 1 day. Very childish and unfriendly to customers. So don't start!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That you think along with the customer before you force a contract down their throat. And if the customer has signed anyway, some kind of compensation would be the least they could do.
