What do you like most?
I have very recently started using the Elina PMS and have been very impressed with the system in terms of it's ease of use. The customer service I have received has been exceptional. Alphius is extremely helpful, approachable, and always willing to troubleshoot any complex problems. I would highly recommend Elina PMS and thank them for all the support while we get to grips with the new system!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think what you already do, taking feedback on board from customers to implement continuous improvements is a massive strength and I hope you continue to adapt to customer demands! Thanks again.
