What do you like most?
Best features - Easy to see who accepted and is completing each task, and when task has been completed - GW offers a lot of built-in features that, if implemented, could help the property provide top-notch, seamless guest services. - Account manager is great to work with
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are a challenging property, with various staff who are reluctant to adapt to anything new. Account Manager has been great in identifying issues, and problem solving to work around these issues and still be successful. Still the success of the product rest of full implementation by the staff (our issue).
