What do you like most?
This system is so easy for our staff and guests to use. It also has helped win charge back cases. We love it! So much better than then pen and paper system. It has also given us a simple solution when guests show up without their credit card and their boss or spouse needs to pay it. It becomes easy to tell who is trying to comment fraud because the honest people have no excuse to not fill out the simple form. No more excuse of they don't have access to a computer or printer!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really. Works just as we need it to. Only thing would be keeping the CVC number or not having to pay more to verify ID.
