What do you like most?
* We can effectively put our package and product on the website so it can be bookable. * With different choices of layout, we have the opportunity to create something that still matches our graphic profile. * With a good help centre for support, we can easily get help without waiting for support opening hours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The cooperation between our PMS system Cannelmanager is not as good as we had hoped. As an example, it's not possible to pick up the availability for any times of day or for guests who want to book a day spa.
