What do you like most?
Fast customer support and a nice team. Our guests really enjoy using this platform. Also easy to communicate via the hotel website. This means our guests can get a good impression of the activity program, wellness, etc. in advance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be important for us that the wellness appointments can also be booked months in advance. Our guests really enjoy using this and we would now offer it that way too.
