What do you like most?
The vendor was punctual, very detailed and kept patiently persevering till the final result was perfect and captured what we expected. The image quality is very sharp and crisp without editing unlike other vendor's software which over edit pictures and gives them an unnatural look
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Consistently having a walk-through of each area the day before would be helpful to ensure all parties are on the same page.
