What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything works really well overall, but if I had to point out something, I would say the system can feel a bit slow at times, especially when switching between pages or loading reports. Also, a bit more customization in reports and dashboard views would make it even better for different user needs. Other than that, everything is pretty smooth and easy to use.
