What do you like most?
LikeMagic provides us with operational overviews and a near-to-perfect guest journey with online check-in, guest portal and IBE. It really enables us to do great things, increase revenues and through their integrations saves us a lot of time by providing AI capabilities and many more features.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately custom branding for the backoffice platform has been cancelled as a feature although it was available when we started to work with LikeMagic and it was sold to us as a feature as well. Another feature we'd wish would be implemented would be a room upgrade function, so that guests could book upgrades themselves as well as more customization for the guest portal in regards to the UX.
