What do you like most?
We are an unstaffed hotel and we cannot work without this system since there is no front desk. It works smooth and easy and we get a lot of compliments from our guests about it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this moment we send the link through SMS and email but they are working on an WhatsApp feature! And that will be more in line with our target group. We can't wait!
