What do you like most?
I find the use very easy. Guest sends us a message, we get notified and we reply. It makes communications with the guests fast and I believe they appreciate it as well, assuming we notice the notifications of the messages of course.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps a way to contact guests who are in house but haven't contacted us yet? Though not sure if that would even be possible.
