What do you like most?
The reliability is very good with SiteMinder. No down time and a good support chat if something is not going as planned.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
SiteMinder has a lot of tools, which we do not use however. For us it is a Channel Manager and as that it works flawlessly. Therefore we cannot really say a lot about more tools.
