What do you like most?
User-friendly and intuitive Fast, professional proposals and contracts Everything in one place: leads, bookings, room blocks, function space and event details are all centralized, making it easy to track every opportunity and collaborate with the team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that could be improved is the reporting. More flexible, customizable reports, for example on pipeline, conversion rates and room block pickup, would make it easier to analyze performance and share results with management without exporting data to Excel.
