What do you like most?
Richard from Wieldy was responsive and consistent throughout. Even after a long gap following my initial enquiry, he picked things up quickly and supported us through to full installation. The locks themselves are easy to use, secure, and well-suited for unmanned, self check-in properties. They also have a clean, modern look which complements the overall guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One of the locks arrived configured in Chinese, which caused delays on our side. We had to go through multiple troubleshooting steps before a replacement was issued, which impacted operations. A more thorough quality check or pre-configuration before dispatch would help avoid this, especially for time-sensitive installations in hospitality environments.
