What do you like most?
- Usability is easy to learn. - Good support 24/7. - It has mostly everything we need for daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- How the calendar is shown. - Being able to split features/extras in the same room (for example when friends are staying and they need separate bills). - Making quotes for a possible reservation that contains the rooms information (a pdf that you could export with the reservation request before it is confirmed to be set to the calendar). - Updates done more often to improve the experience according to users feedback. - Booking engine look & feel.
