What do you like most?
From a marketing and PR perspective, I particularly appreciate HotelFriend's ability to personalize guest communication. In a hotel like the TORTUE HAMBURG, the brand experience is paramount. The platform helps us create professional and visually appealing touchpoints with guests before, during, and after their stay. Integrating booking data allows us to run more targeted campaigns and increase guest loyalty through customized offers. Furthermore, the user interface is very modern, perfectly aligning with our design and aesthetic standards.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To further advance marketing automation, enhanced segmentation tools within the system would be helpful, providing even deeper insights into the booking behavior of specific target groups. More direct integration with common social media analytics tools or expanded reputation management features directly in the dashboard would also make daily PR work even more efficient.
