What do you like most?
We have been using hotellab RMS for three years now at our urban hotel in Thessaloniki, and the results have been consistent year after year — ADR, occupancy, and revenue have all improved each season compared to the year before. What is most reassuring is that this isn't a one-off uplift; it compounds over time as the system learns our market and our team becomes more confident working with it.Beyond pricing, what has genuinely impressed us is the Business Intelligence side of the platform. Early on, we were mainly focused on rate recommendations, but as we explored hotellab's capabilities more deeply, we realised the reporting is in a different league compared to what we had before. The data is much more detailed, well-structured, and easy to read — which means that when we sit down to make a decision about strategy, forecasting, or marketing, the information we need is already there and clearly presented. The integration with our Pylon PMS has also worked smoothly, keeping everything in sync without manual effort. After three years, Hotellab feels less like a tool we use and more like a core part of how we run the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After three years of use there is little to flag. The platform continues to evolve and we have seen features we requested actually appear over time, which shows the team listens. If anything, we would welcome even more granularity in some of the BI reports, but that is a sign of how much we rely on them rather than a complaint.
